Our story

The Lean Business Guide began in 2021 as a set of working notes used to run short internal workshops on lean methods. We found that stripping the material down to plain habits, rather than frameworks with their own vocabulary, made it far easier for people to actually apply.

Since then, the project has grown into a library of guides covering MVPs, iteration cycles, resource efficiency and prioritisation. We remain a small, editorially independent team and are not affiliated with any consultancy, accelerator, or software vendor.

What guides us

Editorial principles

Neutral framing

We describe how lean methods work rather than telling teams exactly how to run their business.

Practical over theoretical

Where a concept benefits from an example, we use simple, concrete scenarios rather than abstract theory alone.

No paid services

We do not sell coaching, consulting retainers, workshops, or any other paid product.

Where we work from

Based in Žilina, Slovakia

Our editorial team works from a small office in Žilina, in northwestern Slovakia. Content is written and reviewed in English for an international readership of founders and small-team operators.
